Amazfit Active 2 Premium Smart Watch 1.32" Sapphire Glass, GPS, iOS/Android

The Amazfit Active 2 brings together classic styling and focused athletic tracking for everyday users and fitness enthusiasts. Built around a stainless steel frame and a 1.32-inch AMOLED screen topped with sapphire glass, it addresses the common problem of fragile wearable screens. It pairs with both iOS and Android devices, tracking daily routines without demanding daily trips to the charging dock.

For outdoor exercise, the watch uses 5 satellite positioning systems to lock on quickly and map routes accurately. You can download free offline maps directly to the device, providing turn directions right on your wrist or through connected Bluetooth headphones. Winter sports enthusiasts also get dedicated ski resort maps that cover slopes and cable car routes, supported by an internal barometer and 50-meter water resistance.

Daily health monitoring relies on BioTracker technology for sleep and heart rate data, all synced to the Zepp App without requiring paid subscriptions. Voice navigation via Zepp Flow allows hands-free smartwatch control and lets Android users dictate message replies using speech-to-text. With more than 160 workout profiles ranging from yoga and padel to HYROX races, it captures detailed metrics across a wide variety of activities.

There are a few compatibility and hardware trade-offs to keep in mind. While the watch pairs with both major mobile operating systems, the speech-to-text message reply feature is restricted to Android devices. In addition, the 1.32-inch display is relatively compact, which keeps the watch lightweight on the wrist but offers less screen area for reading long notifications or dense maps.

Verdict: The Amazfit Active 2 is an excellent choice for fitness-focused users who want turn-by-turn navigation, multi-sport tracking, and long battery life in a polished design. If you want detailed workout data and offline mapping without paying monthly app fees, this watch delivers solid value.
