Detailed Review

Apple AirPods 4 provide a refreshed wireless audio solution designed for everyday listening, workouts, and hands-free calls. Built with a refined contour and a shorter stem, they focus on physical stability and all-day comfort. The hardware is driven by the Apple-designed H2 chip, which powers advanced audio processing to improve overall sound output and voice clarity.

Daily usability stands out through smart hands-free controls and audio management. Personalized Spatial Audio with dynamic head tracking tailors media playback for movies, music, and games. For calls, Voice Isolation uses computational audio to minimize background distractions so your voice stays clear. Everyday conveniences include quick one-tap setup, audio sharing between two sets of AirPods, automatic play and pause via optical in-ear sensors, and head gesture controls that let you respond to Siri by nodding or shaking your head.

The portable charging case is over 10 percent smaller by volume than the previous generation and updates connectivity with a USB-C port. Together with the case, the earbuds deliver up to 30 hours of total playback, alongside 5 hours on a single charge. Both the earbuds and the case carry an IP54 rating, offering protection against dust, sweat, and rain during outdoor use or exercise routines.

As an open-style earbud design, standalone battery life reaches 5 hours before needing the case. The product details also do not specify whether a USB-C charging cable comes in the package, meaning you may need an existing cable ready for recharging.

Verdict: Apple AirPods 4 are an excellent match for users seeking comfortable, pocket-friendly earbuds with modern USB-C charging, strong call clarity, and interactive hands-free features. They fit effortlessly into daily routines, workouts, and casual media consumption.
