eufy Omni C20 Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo for Hardwood and Carpet,

The eufy Omni C20 is an automated cleaning system designed to handle daily vacuuming and mopping across mixed-floor households. By combining dual-function cleaning with a hands-off docking station, it takes over floor chores for busy homeowners who want routine upkeep on hardwood, tile, laminate, and carpets without constant manual intervention.

Daily maintenance centers on the all-in-one Omni Station, which empties dry debris into a 3.1-liter dust bag that can hold up to 60 days of dirt in a 3-person home without pets. The base also washes the mop pads and dries them using room-temperature air at a low 1.56W per hour. Transparent clean and dirty water tanks let you check levels immediately without opening compartments, keeping mess to a minimum.

Cleaning power relies on up to 7,000 Pa suction via Boost IQ, which automatically ramps up power when moving over rugs or heavy debris. To manage long strands and pet fur, a built-in Pro-Detangle Comb flips down mid-clean to clear wrapped hair from the roller. For mopping, the dual system applies 6N of pressure at 180 RPM to scrub sticky spots, while an auto-lift mechanism raises the pads when carpet is detected so fabrics stay dry.

A major design advantage is the 3.35-inch (85mm) profile, allowing the unit to clear low-clearance furniture with as little as 3.54 inches of space. Guided by iPath Laser Navigation, it maps up to three floor plans and runs for up to 132 minutes in Standard mode before returning to recharge and resume. It connects to the eufy Clean app, Alexa, and Google Assistant, though connectivity is strictly limited to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks.

There are a few trade-offs to keep in mind during setup. High-pile carpets thicker than 20mm (0.78 inches) require manual No-Go Zones in the app to prevent the lifted mop from touching them. Additionally, physical magnetic boundary strips are not supported, and the unit is built for 110V electrical outlets.

Verdict: The eufy Omni C20 is an excellent choice for multi-story homes with mixed hard floors and standard rugs looking for automated mopping and self-emptying convenience. If you have low furniture and want minimal contact with dirty dustbins and mop pads, this combo delivers capable everyday cleaning.

• Live in a multi-level home and want to store up to three separate floor maps.
• Want a low-touch station that empties dry dust, washes pads, and air-dries them automatically.
• Have mixed flooring and need the mop to lift automatically over standard carpets.

Consider something else if you:

• Have thick, high-pile carpets over 20mm and prefer not to set digital No-Go Zones.
• Rely exclusively on a 5GHz home Wi-Fi network.
• Prefer using physical boundary strips rather than in-app virtual boundaries.

How does the mop avoid getting carpets wet?
When the robot detects carpet, it automatically lifts the mop pads off the floor. For extra-thick carpets over 20mm (0.78 inches), you should set up No-Go Zones inside the companion app.

How does the Omni Station dry the mop pads?
The dock washes the pads and then dries them using room-temperature air, consuming approximately 1.56W per hour during the process.

Does this robot vacuum support 5GHz Wi-Fi networks?
No, the C20 only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connections and is not compatible with 5GHz networks.

Can it clean under low furniture?
Yes, the robot is 3.35 inches (85mm) tall and is designed to fit under furniture with at least 3.54 inches of clearance.
