RESPAWN 900 Gaming Recliner Chair with Footrest, Cup Holder and Swivel

The RESPAWN 900 is a pedestal-base gaming recliner built for console and casual play away from a desk. Instead of the upright posture a typical office-style gaming chair demands, this one is designed around comfort-first, laid-back sessions: think couch-level relaxation with the support structure of a dedicated gaming seat. It suits players who prefer a controller in hand on the couch over a keyboard and mouse at a desk, and it works just as well for streaming, reading, or simply unwinding.

The recline system goes up to 135 degrees, and the integrated footrest extends as part of a continuous seat surface, which means there is no gap or hinge point where controller cables or charging cords can get caught. Controls for the recline and footrest are independent, so you can adjust one without changing the other. The 360-degree swivel lets you spin to face a second screen, grab something off a shelf, or talk to someone in the room without getting up. The pedestal base provides a stable platform for all of that movement.

For keeping your setup organized, the chair includes a built-in cupholder and a removable side pouch sized for gaming accessories. Lumbar support and a headrest are part of the design, and the plush padding is described as suitable for extended use. The chair supports up to 275 lbs and carries a 5-year limited warranty, which is a meaningful commitment for a piece of furniture in this category.

A few things worth noting before buying: the chair has no wheels, so sliding it across a room is not as easy as it would be with a rolling base. The listing does not specify the upholstery material, seat width, or overall footprint, so buyers with limited space or specific size needs should check the product dimensions on the listing page before purchasing. The 275-lb capacity is also worth confirming against your own needs.

Verdict: The RESPAWN 900 is a well-rounded choice for console gamers and anyone who wants a dedicated relaxation seat that doubles as a gaming chair. If you want recline, swivel, and convenient storage in one piece of furniture, this chair covers those bases clearly. Shoppers who need a rolling desk chair or require a higher weight capacity should look elsewhere.

A great fit if you:

• Play console games from a couch-style setup and want a dedicated seat with real recline and footrest support
• Like having a drink and accessories close at hand without a side table taking up extra floor space
• Want a chair that works for gaming, streaming, and reading without switching between multiple pieces of furniture
• Prefer a stable pedestal base over a rolling chair in a carpeted or open game room

Consider something else if you:

• Need a rolling chair that can move easily between a desk and another area of the room
• Require a weight capacity above 275 lbs or need to confirm specific seat dimensions before buying

Does the footrest operate separately from the recline?
Yes. The chair has independent controls for the recline and the footrest, so you can adjust each one without affecting the other.

How far does the chair recline?
The recline goes up to 135 degrees, which is well past a standard seated position and into a near-flat lounge angle.

Does the chair have wheels?
No. The RESPAWN 900 uses a fixed pedestal base rather than a rolling caster base, which provides stability but means you cannot roll it across the floor.

What is the weight capacity?
The chair supports up to 275 lbs and is described as suitable for both kids and adults.
