Detailed Review
The Skullcandy Crusher ANC 2 Noise Cancelling Wireless Headphones are over-ear audio gear built for listeners who want an intense, tactile low-end experience. By combining two full-range 40mm audio drivers with dedicated dual bass drivers, these headphones produce a multi-sensory bass response that lets you feel movies and music rather than just hear them.
Daily control and isolation are handled by an adjustable 4-mic active noise cancelling system, giving you the ability to quiet ambient background sounds. When you need to hear announcements or conversation, you can switch to Stay-Aware mode. Audio output can be customized through the companion Skullcandy mobile app, which features Personal Sound personalization by Mimi and user-adjustable EQ settings.
For convenience throughout the day, the Crusher ANC 2 offers multipoint pairing so you can stay linked to two devices simultaneously and switch audio between them. Battery life reaches up to 60 hours with ANC turned off, and a built-in Rapid Charge feature provides 4 hours of playback from a quick 10-minute charge.
In terms of trade-offs, the maximum 60-hour listening time applies only when active noise cancellation is disabled, and the listing does not state the total runtime with ANC active. Furthermore, accessing sound customization and hearing profiles requires installing and using the companion app.
Verdict: The Skullcandy Crusher ANC 2 is a solid choice for media lovers and bass enthusiasts who want tactile low-frequency rumble, long battery longevity, and customizable sound. It suits anyone seeking flexible noise control across two paired devices.
