Detailed Review
The Tikom L8000 Plus combines automated vacuuming, mopping, and self-emptying disposal into a single unit. It is designed for busy households looking to cut down on regular floor maintenance across both hard surfaces and carpeted spaces.
For deep cleaning, the unit delivers up to 6000Pa of suction, automatically ramping up power when it detects carpet to lift pet hair and embedded debris. Navigation relies on a 360-degree LiDAR system that maps rooms quickly and steers clear of walls and stairs. The mapping system can save up to 5 distinct floor layouts, making it practical for multi-level homes.
Mopping and sweeping happen concurrently, supported by three customizable suction levels and three water flow settings. You can manage routine tasks through the companion app, which lets you schedule cleaning runs, set virtual walls, select specific rooms, and draw no-go or no-mop zones. The system supports dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz and 5GHz) as well as Alexa voice commands for quick starts. A 150-minute battery life in gentle mode covers large spaces, and the unit automatically recharges and resumes where it stopped if the battery runs low.
There are a few upkeep requirements to keep in mind. While the self-emptying 3L base handles up to 90 days of debris automatically, mopping still requires attention: you must set up virtual no-go zones or remove the mop holder manually to keep damp pads off carpeted floors.
Verdict: The Tikom L8000 Plus is a solid choice for multi-story homeowners and pet owners who want strong suction and automated dust disposal. It offers versatile app controls and dependable multi-floor mapping to keep routine cleaning hands-off.
